Task:
- lining of two furnaces of the SAX-24 biomass boiler at the Rigas Bio Energia thermal power station for the Elektrenu Energetikos Remontas UAB.
Implementation
During the project implementation, the following work was carried out:
- welding of anchors in the amount of 8500 pieces;
- fireproof insulation in a volume of 34 m3;
- installation of refractory concrete with a total weight of 318 tons;
- drying of 2 furnaces using our company’s equipment;
- shotcreting using ALIVA-237 and ALIVA-257 equipment.
20 Inventum Polska specialists took part in the project.
Result:
- the work was carried out professionally;
- in compliance with technical requirements;
- within the established time limit;
- we received a recommendation letter from the Elektrenu Energetikos Remontas UAB based on the results of the work performed.
