Type Industrial insulation: ducts and filters

Our specialists performed a set of works at the woodworking production:

thermal insulation replacement of hot air ducts from the electrostatic precipitator to turbofans;
thermal insulation replacement of exhaust gases ducts from the drying oven;
thermal insulation replacement of steam pipelines of various diameters;
thermal insulation replacement of pipelines of various diameters (from 20 to 1000 mm).

Dismantling work of the old insulation was performed. Then the team of our specialists proceeded to the installation of the structure, including welding and anti-corrosion work. Next, the installation of thermal insulation made of mineral wool was performed followed by the installation of a protective layer made of galvanized steel.
